taking it easy with some cool lemonade

For the weekend we thought we would take it easy...just
post a quote, picture or short food article.


I craved some fresh lemonade- so I tried it, can't go wrong with the barefoot contessa!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup superfine sugar, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 4 cups water

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Serve over ice.



p.s. it's a 5 spoon here :)
