Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1 package (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
2 pounds beef for stew

Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream, water and dry soup mix in slow cooker.
Add beef.
Stir until well coated.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours

Serve over noodles or hot wild rice.  Add a side salad and some crusty bread for a complete delicous meal.  Yumm!

  3. I rarely eat stroganoff as I do not care for mushrooms. I've made it once sans shrooms, but didn't love it. This recipe looks DELISH! can't wait until I can eat dairy again - this is going to be one of the first recipes I try!
