This recipe was given to me by a Weight Watchers leader. It is great because it is easy to make and it is cooked and served in single servings.....making it super easy to control your portion! Serve it with some healthy veggies or a salad and you have a perfect meal.
This recipe is rated 4 spoons.
2 pounds 95% fat free ground beef
1 package of stove top stuffing
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients together. Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Looking to mix it up a bit? Try topping it with salsa to add a little bite.
