Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu in the oven

Ingredients:
Chicken breast smashed flat and thin
Ham slices
Swiss or Mozzerella Cheese
Italian Bread crumbs
Can of cream of chicken soup (10oz)
1 C of any of the following: Water, white grape juice, or apple juice (I used apple juice)


Directions:

dip one side of the chicken in the italian bread crumbs, and lay into a 9x13 pan, Lay Ham on top of chicken, Then cheese on top of that, and top with remaning Chicken.

Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of either water, white grape juice, or apple juice. Then pour over the Chicken

Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes (until chicken is cooked)

I rated this a 5 spoon, Hubs rated it a 4 spoon he didn't like the italian bread crumbs.
